Victor Crouin (n°33) est rentré aux États-Unis, afin d’effectuer sa quatrième et dernière année à l’université d’Harvard. « Il va nous manquer au pôle France, de part son sérieux et son implication au quotidien, » affirme Renan Lavigne.

Beecroft came out firing at the start of the first and second games, surprising Stephan with some quick short balls but Stephan gradually found her consistency and movement as the games progressed, Stephan came from behind to play the important points well, winning the first two games 12-10. A good start from Stephan in the third but this time it was her turn to lose some focus as Beecroft crept back into the game, creating a great chance at 10-8 but played the ball onto the racket of Stephan who dispatched the ball and finished the match 3-0.
Marie Stéphan (n°69) est tête de série n°2 du GWC Squash House 2021 (Challenger 5), qui s’ouvre vendredi dans le Connecticut, et auquel participe également Julia Le Coq (n°171).
Elle prendra ensuite la direction du Canada pour y disputer la Nash Cup, en compagnie de Léa Barbeau (n°109) et Auguste Dussourd.
« Pour Marie, qui travaille beaucoup pour faire évoluer son jeu, l’un des objectifs majeurs à court terme est de marquer des points et de monter au classement, afin de pouvoir rentrer plus facilement dans les tableaux des tournois majeurs, » affirme Philippe Signoret.
